JOB PURPOSE
Responsibility for manage and leading all MPE operational and tooling/ Mold team to support production (cut to box)
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage and monitoring schedule trial new models from MST-EST-FSR
Manage and ensure all supporting part for trial (pattern, mold, pfc, component and etc)
Monitoring all transfer (Tooling , PFC) that needed to production when the trial and appropriate with schedule
Monitoring improvenet process in production
Manage and ensure readiness A set tooling for mass prodction
Manage and ensure readiness mold/ tooling for bottom in mass production
MAJOR
S1 Management or Technical
KNOWLLEDGE
- Memiliki kesadaran mengenai budaya kesehatan & keselamatan kerja sebagai prioritas utama
- Usia minimal 18 tahun
- Management and technical of shoe manufacturing process
- 5 years Working Experience
